Ditching the Deodorant!!
Day one of no deodorant went so well that today I am continuing on this non-toxic "deodorant" journey! I have decided to discontinue my use of deodorant, and use Ava Anderson's toner from here on out!

Deodorant can cause Cancer among other things!
It is very scary to think that something as simple as deodorant, that seems to be essential to my daily routine can be full of such scary chemicals! Chemicals like aluminum that block pores in underarms and have been linked to breast cancer, Alzheimer's, and cysts, among many other things. So today, after seeing many posts from Ava Anderson Non Toxic followers using the toner as a safe and effective alternative to deodorant, I decided to try it! I woke up about 8 this morning, and took a 100% non toxic Ava Anderson shower :) When I got out and dried off, I sprayed 2 pumps of the Ava Anderson toner under each arm. I have since enjoyed this 80 degree Florida day, went to church, had lunch out, ran some errands, and completed some laundry, among many other things!
It is now mid-afternoon and I am still cool as a cucumber, clean and fresh smelling, and my underarms are still dry! I will certainly update everyone on how the remainder of my day goes, but based on my results so far all of my toxic deodorant is being discarded later today! Thanks Ava Anderson Non Toxic for yet another amazing product...that does double duty, too!
